ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Eng. Marjie S. Erispe-Gadon is a seasoned Structural Engineer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in structural engineering design and project management. Her expertise spans various structural systems, with a focus on buildings, vertical towers, and other structures.

Eng. Marjie has successfully led and contributed to projects for prestigious clients, including Makati Medical Centre, Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc, SM Prime Holdings, and Amigo Entmt Tech Inc, among others.

Eng. Marjie is an active regular member of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines and a former Partner and senior structural engineer of Abinales Associates Engineers + Consultants with extensive experience includes projects for major telecommunications companies such as PLDT, SMART Communications, GLOBE Telecom, and others.

Eng. Marjie is proficient in detailed structural engineering design, design management, and construction supervision. Her skills encompass various structural systems in buildings, towers, and vertical structures, involving concrete and steel construction. She is familiar with industry standards such as NSCP, TIA 222-G and TIA 222H, ASCE7, ACI, AISC, and AASHTO Specifications. Marjie is also well-versed in structural engineering software, including Midas Gen, DesignPlus, OpenTower Designer, MSTower, STAAD Pro, STAAD Foundation Advanced, ETABS, and others, as well as design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, AUTODESK REVIT, and 3Ds Max.
